Yes. Golden Discs has 20 stores nationwide across Ireland, including locations in major shopping centre's and towns. You can visit us in-store or shop online anytime at goldendiscs.ie.
Can I order online from anywhere in Ireland?
Yes. We deliver nationwide across Ireland, including Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick, Waterford, and regional towns and rural areas.

Do you sell new and pre-owned items?
All products on goldendiscs.ie are brand new and factory sealed.
How do I place an order on goldendiscs.ie?

How much does delivery cost?

Do you offer free delivery in Ireland?

Do you ship internationally?

Do you ship to Northern Ireland?

Do you offer Click & Collect?
We currently do not operate a click & collect service. We are looking into ways to implement this service in the near future.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will be able to cancel it. Please contact customer support as soon as possible with your order number.
Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled, but you can return it after delivery.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order has not been shipped, we may be able to update your delivery address. Contact us immediately with your order number and the correct address.

What is your return policy?
Golden Discs accepts returns on eligible items within a set returns period, provided the product is:

Certain products such as opened CDs/vinyl or digital items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
How do I return an online order?

Can I pre-order vinyl, CDs, or box sets?
Yes. Many upcoming releases are available for pre-order on goldendiscs.ie. If a product is available for pre-order, the product page will clearly state the release date.
When will my pre-order be dispatched?
Pre-orders are usually dispatched on or just before the official release date, so they arrive as close to release day as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on courier service and location.
Can I order multiple pre-orders in one checkout?
Yes, but if your order contains items with different release dates, your order may be held until all items are available, unless separate shipping is arranged.
