It's Halloween in Gotham. To celebrate, the city's spookiest villains -- Scarecrow, Clayface, Solomon Grundy and Silver Banshee -- have joined forces and gone on a crime spree. With Green Arrow, Cyborg, Nightwing and Red Robin, Batman swings into action to stop them.
