In 'Yes, Prime Minister' (1988) Hacker is now resident at No.10 and having come to power he has his work cut out for him as he deals with protests against European plans to eradicate the British sausage, as well as having to deal with the obfuscations of his new Cabinet Secretary Humphrey Appleby.
