The vessel is empty except for five kidnap victims, and when they die from pneumonic plague, the case turns into a murder investigation. In the third series, Saga travels to Copenhagen after a body is discovered on a building site. After her new partner is injured on the case, Saga is assigned to work with Danish detective Henrik Sabroe (Thure Lindhardt).
