Legendary broadcaster Micheal O’Muircheartaigh, Darfur survivor Sharon Commins and transplant-patient Maeve McGivern provide beautiful readings with accompaniment by Sharon Shannon, piper Eoin Dillon and David Brophy. Sourced in part from the national broadcaster’s sound archive, most performances have featured recently on RTÉ Radio 1’s The John Murray Show, Ireland’s most popular entertainment show.
